PAYMENTS: We Accept cash or check only. Cash payments are appreciated.

PLEASE DO NOT MAIL PAYMENTS TO THE STUDIO ADDRESS, mail is not received at this address.

All Payments are to be paid during your dancers weekly class(es). Miss Sam can not make special payment arrangements.

Core Ballet/Jazz Class- $39.00 monthly

2nd Add on Class-$36.00 monthly

3rd Add on Class- $33.00 monthly

Solo Classes- $72.00 monthly. You must also be enrolled in your core class to par take in a Solo class. ($36.00)

Duets(2 Dancers)-$62.00 monthly per dancer. You must also be enrolled in your core class to par take in a Solo class. ($36.00)

 

Tuition is calculated into 9 equal installments. All payments are due the first lesson of each month and no later than the 15th of the month. On the 16th day of the month the tuition will increase $18 per week late. This charge will be billed to any account with a $5.00 or more outstanding account balance. All payments are to be paid during your dancers class in cash/check form. If a payment is not made within 30 days the student will not be allowed to participate in class. April and May tuition will be billed together and will be due by the first lesson in April to ensure participation in our annual dance recital. All tuition is non refundable. Everyone will pay a tight charge in February. This will ensure everyone has at least one correct pair of tights for the recital. There will be a $50 costume deposit (PER CLASS) due Oct. 1st with the remaining costume balance due March 1st.  Once your costumes have arrived you will receive them 1 week after your ENTIRE COSTUME balance is paid in full. YOUR DANCER IS NOT GUARANTEED TO PERFORM IN OUR ANNUAL DANCE RECITAL UNTIL YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. THIS IS DUE BY April 31ST YEARLY. Class prices do not change if there are more or less weeks in a month. .You will be charged the same amount every month regardless of your attendance to class. There is no single class fee. After a students drops a class within the dance year he or she may not rejoin the class until the following year. Any returned/bounced check is an automatic a $30.00 fee.

**IMPORTANT NOTE- Because each student holds a placement slot in each class that cannot be refilled after registration ends, ANY student that opts to drop class(es) before our normal dance season ends will be responsible for ALL outstanding costume balances AND a drop fee. After 30 days of no payment once a student drops, outstanding account balances will be forwarded to our account then to collections.

 CALENDAR:

We follow the Naples school calendar with Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter, and Spring breaks. 

If Naples Schools close for a snow day, FLDC  is automatically closed.

 PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES:

You MUST be enrolled in the class of the subject that you wish to take a private or semi private. These lessons are reserved for highly motivated students. first year private students will focus on 1 recital piece to ensure a thorough first year training. Please contact Miss Sam for pricing and scheduling. Make up classes for Solos/Semi classes are only available if the instructor cancels.

 MISSED CLASSES:

There are NO refunds for missed classes.  If the class is cancelled by the teacher a makeup class will be assigned to students. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, public posts will be made on facebook  AND on this website under Closings/Make up Dates. Classes are allotted 3 snow days per season without makeups. If any snow days occur thereafter, make up schedules will be posted on the website. It is the responsibility of the Parent/Student to keep track of cancelled classes AND make up dates. Miss Sam will not contact students individually for closings or make ups. 

If Naples Schools close for inclement weather, FLDC is automatically closed!! 

COSTUMES & RECITALS:

All students MUST have a costume to be in the recital. A $50 costume deposit (per class) is due October 1st with the remaining balance due by March 1st.Once you order a costume, you are obligated to pay for it in full. Costumes are custom made and cannot be cancelled once they are ordered. Recital costumes cannot be home sewn. They have to be ordered through the studio. Costumes that need alterations will be the responsibility of the student. Costumes will be handed out at the end of the year when your costume balance is paid in FULL. YOUR DANCER IS NOT GUARANTEED TO PERFORM IN OUR ANNUAL DANCE RECITAL UNTIL YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. THIS IS DUE BY April  31ST YEARLY.  PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE RECITAL TICKETS. The ticket money is then put towards things like, ticket printing, program printing and the school's auditorium fees.
